Absolutely amazing! My wife and i were visiting family and stopped by. Fantasric staff, fantastic equiptment!
There is an excellent experience of social bonding among strangers and good friends seamlessly interwoven within a casual workout with the added bonus of being educational at the same time! The instructors are great, friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff are exceptional in their knowledge and customer service. Don't worry if your at a different pace than your peers. No one was left behind!
