Disappointed with the lack of professionalism. PA Martin joined 15 minutes late to a 30 min Telehealth meeting to review my MRI and options. No “sorry I’m late, etc” - would have gone a long way! This caused the meeting meant to discuss surgery options and timelines to be rushed. Overall, the interaction left me wanting to review surgery next steps/options elsewhere.

Dr Chin and all the staff at the U W Medical Sports Clinic in Ballard were kind, supportive and professional. Dr Chin listened and answered all my questions and prescribed the appropriate treatment to fix my fractured foot! They are an excellent team and are my go to place when I injury myself again with my active lifestyle! Highly recommend!
