Ok, my fault, I had the wrong day for the appointment entered in my calendar. They called to see where I was, and I felt terrible. I was seeing the physiotherapist, J M., who I had seen pre-pandemic at her previous clinic and my cousin swears by. I was seeing her even though she's further away than my local clinic, because my physiotherapist is on maternity leave. Poor communication and frustrating booking process. They don’t answer the phone, and it took several emails just to schedule appointments with both the doctor and physiotherapist. No 24h reminders, and they insist on using their app (Modeo) even when I requested a PDF instead. The physiotherapist is great, but the overall experience is disappointing.
