I've been training on X-Force for about a year. It is the best and toughest workout I've ever done. If anyone is looking for an incredibly effective workout this is it. I was skeptical of a once a week workout, but it has been amazing, and has also freed up my time. You should give this a try. Also, all the employees here are nice and knowledgable.
