The counselor I had was an intern and without notice I was discharged. 3 Weeks went by no information given as to why my sessions were canceled. On the third week finally got a text letting me know what the issue was which had nothing to do with me but an intern I was seeing which their time was done. Instead of transferring me to someone else I was discharged with little to direction to go. Completely unprofessional what you guys did! My daughter was discharged and taken off schedule effective immediately. Due to conflict and concerns that are happening outside of session. This was all done over an email. Mind you for some reason all their emails starting going to spam. Even when I would search the name of my provider I still had no updated emails. They knew about this but didn't let me know until 12/31 and the email letting me know we are discharged was sent 12/28. The personal care that I have received has been wonderful! My provider listens to me with understanding and compassion! I’m thankful for the tools I have been given to work through my struggles.
