I just love this store. Every time I have ever been there I have always found something awesome and at a fraction of the price as other places. The staff there are so friendly and helpful, and the best thing is AS ALWAYS I GET 10% OFF. no one else offers me that. I will continue to shop there and so should everyone else that's looking for the latest WMU gear at a great price!!
Whoever the older woman is she was super rude. I never received a greeting when I walked inside and when I went to purchase she didn't say hi or anything as someone in customer service should do. She then told me my total without saying please or anything and once I signed the receipt she turned right away from me and didn't say thank you or have a nice day. I've never been treated so rudely. I'm a WMU alum and was treated like a piece of crap. Will never go here again and won't recommend this place.
The owner's wife was extremely rude while I shopped there the other day. I'm a WMU alum and all customers deserve better. She needs a lesson in customer service and should smile once in awhile. I will not be back and I will get my WMU apparel from the bookstore from now on.
