We've had wonderful experiences here each time we've been to the Bay Area. The service is phenomenal; our waiter had been there for decades. The food and view were also simply wonderful.
We just love this place. We always take our special friends and guests from Germany there. It’s a great restaurant with excellent food, reasonable prices and great services. And that with a fantastic view!

Huge windows offers a great view of the bay.Service was quite attentive and food was better than average. Light background music played in the background allowed easy conversation among diners.
Our waitress, Susan was terrific. Ambiance is outstanding, food is excellent and views are out of this World.
Sunday was the third time I’ve eaten at the Spinnaker and granted it was Mother’s Day and extremely busy however the service wasn’t great and the food wasn’t either. My daughter ordered their special which was seared scallops with rice and asparagus. The scallops were luke warm and undercooked. I ordered a Shrimp Louie and it was mediocre at best. I had clams and mussels in a garlique white wine sos. After 5 to 10 minutes, I ran to the bath room and I WAS THERE, for a while. On my way home (SF), I have to stop at a Target store in Marin City for the same reason, use the bathroom. I think the clams were not fresh, they were rubbery. Raised the issue politely w/ maitre D, no help. The waitress did not offer a rose to my wife (Mother’s Day dinner), the answer was “ I ‘ll see what I can do”. All women were getting a rose, STRANGE!
