Two useless sessions and they cost $757, which we never knew the cost ahead. Also they sent the claims to the insurance very late so we paid the deductible twice. We received the bills 3 months later and we could not get our deductible back.
They helped me deal with severe back pain
I was treated in a very poor manner today by the staff... I was inquiring and was asked about my insurance... Once I told the ladies about my insurance, they said wait until you get Medicare and come back! Can you believe this? in the USA to be told basically deal with the pain and your insurance is not accepted here ... Come back when you turn 65... There is absolutely no compassion any longer... Not even a conversation with a professional 😔😮
