The care was very good and the therapists are friendly but I have a problem with their billing department. Make sure you know what and how much they are going to charge(for each little thing) and have it all in writing up front with the necessary insurance pre authorizations before they treat you. I also got some treatment payments denied due to them not even attempting pre authorization and they still wanted me to pay even though the "additional service" was also not even done. I give Baton Rouge Orthopaedic Clinic an "A" for in-clinic care and an "F" for correspondence and processing. Not only is there an additional charge for all essential paperwork for employers and disability insurance (the equivalent selling a pair of shoes and charging extra for the laces) , it is rarely completed in a timely manner. One claim form took two weeks and now I'm waiting for a return to work form that I gave them on my last visit on Monday the 18th.
