I would give a one-star review if it weren't for Dr. Steinhaus. He is a friendly doctor who explains things. He was also kind enough to call me on a Saturday, the day after my surgery. I appreciate him. However, the office at the Spine Institute is a mess.. Here are my experiences: 1. When you call you are told that you can text in a message or wait.
