I underwent spinal fusion surgery by Dr. Wesley Bronson and Dr. Baron Lonner in early March 2022. A week after being discharged, I complained to Dr. Bronson that my back felt abnormally swollen and painful. He quickly dismissed my concerns, saying "I'm not worried about that." I had to suffer for another week until I saw Dr. Bronson for my first post-op visit. I feel blessed to have worked with three specialists here, past and present, along with the PAs, radiologists, admins, and billing staff. Mount Sinai surely, as do all fast-growing and corporate-managed western medical institutions (hello, Cleveland Clinic), has its opportunities. And the Spine Center - where Dr. Kahn (now retired) was and Dr. Bronson and Dr. Lee are - represents the best of this hospital. How? By being consistently thoughtful, insightful, thorough, ridiculously skilled, and kind.
try to call the number you will get the run around. They will ask you for the insurance then tell you hold they will transfer to another number then the phone hangs up. I called may be 10 times. This is sad
