Dr. Lindsay really knows her stuff. not only does she do an adjustment, but she also stimulates (massages) the muscles around the spine and problem areas to help you recovery more quickly and more fully. she also gives you exercises to do at home and continue your therapy on you own. I have been to 3-4 chiropractors over the years, and I am most impressed with her methods.
I LOVE the salt room! It is very helpful with allergies and asthma. The ladies there are so kind and professional.
😍 It isn't just because it is Valentine's Day (okay, well a day after), but I love Lindsay. She is the best. She cares deeply for each patient and works with them to achieve better health. I highly recommend The Spine Group.
I love their holistic approach to spinal health. What's even better is they listen to you. I finally found a chiropractor that I will be seeing during the months I have no problems, a monthly tuneup.
