I’ve been going here and seeing Luke for about a year. He’s very knowledgeable and always willing to help me with regards to my pain. I appreciate him.
I have experienced multiple delays of 30 minutes or more waiting for the provider at scheduled appointments. Recently, I arrived 20 minutes late due to a work-related emergency and was required to reschedule. This was my first late arrival. I have also had calls to the office that were not returned. Based on these experiences, I chose to cancel my future appointments and seek care elsewhere.
I've been a patient for 2 years. They are all knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.
I have tried to call for 2 weeks, left messages for them to call me for an appointment no answer ever, Now there voicemail is full and still no answer! Very frustrating when you are supposed to be called back for injections. Stopped by and seen them, the only way to talk to someone to schedule but I live 40 miles away!. Said they sent in a request to have me get a MRI but they still don't have it at Saint Francis. Im changing Doctors!
