I came to the Muskogee location and everyone was very kind. The PA I met with was great and listened to my concerns and issues. The best part was I didn’t have to wait 2+ hours in the waiting room!
My husband was referred to Dr. WALLACE. He had an appointment on March 28....because he was sick I called them on the Wednesday before and got a voicemail telling me to leave a message. I did and told them he wanted to reschedule. They never called....got a text on the morning of the 28th reminding him of appt. It had a option to reschedule listed so I hit that and it replied they would mark it on his chart to reschedule. Here it is April 7th and still no communication from them. I guess we will find another dr.
This place is ridiculous. The receptionist was rude and insulting. I was 6 minutes late to my initial appointment and because of it I was not seen. Only reason I was late is because I couldn't find the location of the building. When I communicated as much I was told I would need to reschedule. I had my Dr to send me a new referral to a different specialist. If u would like this type of treatment...see Dr Luke lol
I went in for my first ever injection procedure for today. I'm telling you now I was Terrified!! These people ABSOLUTELY know what they are doing. A HUGE TY To everyone there for being SO Pacient with me and for just being AWSOME!!! Can't TY enough ☺️
Doctors & Technicians are Great...fortunately. It's a good thing they don't have to depend on the manners of the people manning the front desk because they severely lack any level of quality public relations or polite phone etiquette and appear to have no desire whatsoever to provide a good or even halfway adequate experience for their patients/customers.
