Beyond the call of duty I have done several transactions with Denise, and she always goes way beyond the call of duty in getting a deal done. On one transaction, we had to perform a ton of work for the buyer as part of the deal, and Denise practically became the project manager for the work. She recommended trade people, and oversaw their work when I could not be there. I could not thank her enough for everything she did for me!!
