I recently purchased some roses for a birthday gift. I was underwhelmed to say the least. I’ve been a customer for a few years and have had good experiences. This last order was not as expected. For 85$ I thought I would get something a bit more arranged and in order. Instead I received 8 roses that were old and wilted in what looked like a mason jar. Not pleased and will be looking for another flower shop in the future.
I called the shop directly from out of state for a local delivery. Michelle was super helpful over the phone, helping me figure out what exactly I wanted. Delivery was smooth and the flowers were loved! This is exactly what you want from a business: courteous, competent help to place your order. A pleasure to work with.
Wonderful flowers, I ordered Saturday afternoon right before their close not expecting them to be able to same day deliver because I ordered after the 12:30PM cut off but to my surprise they made it happen. I ordered them for my friend who was having some health troubles and needed a pick-me-up. Flowers arrived super quickly to her house and she loved them. Thank you so much. 🩷
I accidentally called the wrong floral shop, but I’m so glad I did! Skylee answered and was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She put together the perfect gift for my nephew’s girlfriend, who had just had a baby, and made sure it was delivered to the hospital without any hassle. She helped me choose the right items, stayed within my budget, and truly went above and beyond. Exceptional service and a great experience—I’ll definitely be using this shop again!
