Wonderful flowers, I ordered Saturday afternoon right before their close not expecting them to be able to same day deliver because I ordered after the 12:30PM cut off but to my surprise they made it happen. I ordered them for my friend who was having some health troubles and needed a pick-me-up. Flowers arrived super quickly to her house and she loved them. Thank you so much. 🩷
I accidentally called the wrong floral shop, but I’m so glad I did! Skylee answered and was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She put together the perfect gift for my nephew’s girlfriend, who had just had a baby, and made sure it was delivered to the hospital without any hassle. I'm totally impressed with the customer service. I had called because I needed an arrangement immediately. I got the voicemail but didn't leave a message as they were not open yet. It was Christmas Eve. I'm sure my name and number was on caller ID. The young lady called me back and asked if she could help me. I told her my situation and I needed flowers right away. Ordered 1 dozen roses for delivery the same day. After I ordered I noticed that it was an hour after their same day delivery guarantee. I called them and left a message asking if they would still be able to deliver the same day. never received a call back. The person who was receiving the flowers got a call from them to schedule the delivery time. They never called me back.
