I called for a same day floral delivery for a friend who lost a pet, and the associate who helped was more than accommodating! It was a Saturday with limited hours, and I am not local to the area. They helped text photos of arrangements we could choose from, helped with a note, and took care of making sure the delivery happened that afternoon. You guys are amazing, thank you!

I live out of state. I called and the gal on the phone was the nicest ever. It was my mother's birthday and previous arrangements fell through. I recently purchased some roses for a birthday gift. I was underwhelmed to say the least. I’ve been a customer for a few years and have had good experiences. This last order was not as expected. For 85$ I thought I would get something a bit more arranged and in order. Instead I received 8 roses that were old and wilted in what looked like a mason jar. Not pleased and will be looking for another flower shop in the future.
