I always get the best service, tea samples and great help in this store. I've been to others around the country and this is hands down my favorite!

One of my favorite places in town! Amazing tea and spices to choose from. The staff always has been amazing.
Amazing place always friendly and gives the best vibes in town
Extremely rude customer service from the owners (you can see from other reviews that they apparently support the data center debacle, so it's apparently a pattern that these people are awful). Not a great selection. The atmosphere reminds me of The Cheesecake Factory in that it has pretensions to importance but the veneer of elitism comes off more as chintzy and weird. The teas are basic. The store isn't worth your time and the products aren't worth your money. Look elsewhere.
