Went yesterday of course the smell drew me in so excited to find this beautiful Spice and Tea store! Until I asked for Cinnamon I was trying to remember True Ceylon the two ladies where beyond degrading kinda laughed between them that I was unable to remember Ceylon and then told me no bag place the item in my purse after purchase won't be back sad experience but wonderful product and small businesses won't survive if your greeted with attitude!
I had a fantastic experience shopping at the Spice & Tea Exchange in Fishermen's Village over the holidays. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, delicious selection, and dynamite customer service. Angela really took care of me when I had a mixup with my purchase. I will definitely be back! They even ship out of state if you run out and want replenishment.
Absolutely love this place tea is amazing
Such an amazing store and owner/staff! The spice blends are phenomenal and I ended up getting one of the best smelling candles ever so that I could smell it and remember this trip, which will be the last time I am here visiting my grandma - so this is special and has meaning. Right after we bought the candle, my husband dropped it and it broke on the floor. I felt so bad and immediately turned to pay for another one, but they wrote it off for us and were very patient, which was such a genuine and kind gesture. So so apprecia... read more
I've always loved this store, previously, but their prices on their website do not match the prices in store and they will not honor them. Drove all the way down for the pumpkin tea, the $13.99 two ounce portion is $20 in store. Left without anything, feeling ripped off.
