Always invited in and very helpful workers there and awesome at describing the teas there and sugars when I run out grateful for this spot for tea
I’m a huge fan of your tea, but I have a quick tip about the iced tea! Right now, it's brewed with too much hot water, which instantly melts the ice when they put it in causing it to dilute the drink. If the team used less hot water to steep, then mixed in cold water before pouring it over ice, it wouldn't end up so watered down and the ice wouldn't melt. This would bring your quality up much higher and it might even be quicker to make because you dont have to keep adding ice and waiting for it to melt to then add more.
Went in for hibiscus tea. They had it!!! Hooray!!
After experiencing a quality loose leaf tea I cannot go back to tea bags ,I have enjoyed many of their blends some are extremely healthy and good for different medical issues you may have the staff are well informed on the products and I always enjoy the samples.
