I’ve been a local to the city my whole life and have general interest in cooking, so I figured this would be a nice place to check out while showing some friends around the downtown area. One of my friends is a graduated pastry chef and showed interest so we went in, only to be severely disappointed by both the customer service and selection. I went her last month with my girlfriend (it was her 1st time and my 2nd visit). I was helped by Julane on my 1st visit, let me tell you she has the best customer service I've ever experienced!!!! She gave me a taste test, make me knowledgeable about many products and has an upbeat personality. On my 2nd visit I was helped by Kelly and Julane, they both made my experience so wonderful! I recommend this spice ship to anyone whom cooks or just for gifts. I will deftly be back to visit!!!!
Stumbled upon this gem! The lady helping my boyfriend and I was so helpful and truly terrific. Best customer service we’ve experienced in a long time. She was Very knowledgeable and willing to share. High quality ingredients. They even have hot chocolate and vanilla beans! Even if you have 5 mins, you’ll find something you’ll like! You’ll want to comeback for sure! There’s a great flavor blend for everyone!
Can’t return online merchandise in store. Very frustrating when you drive 30 min to do so.
