Brad and the entire Spencer team were amazing from start to finish. They made my dreams of owning a Duck home a reality. They were very helpful in guiding me through the process and were a wealth of resources when needed. Brad was patient and very accommodating. Would highly recommend.
We had a great experience working with Brad! He was honest, responsive, and always had our best interests in mind. We truly felt like he had our backs throughout the entire process. He was quick to take care of everything, easy to communicate with, and never pressured us to buy. He gave us the space to think through our options while also sharing his honest opinions and helpful suggestions. We really appreciated his patience and guidance in helping us find the right place for us. Highly recommend Brad!
Kim Fiul and the Spencer team have been a DREAM to work with! I highly recommend working with them if you’re looking to work with a kind, professional and smart team. They helped my husband and I achieve our real estate goals and we’re very impressed with Kim and her knowledge. I highly recommend working with Kim and the Spencer team!
