Beware of billing! They charged our insurance for a session we didn't have. While they admitted their mistake, it took months (8!!) to finally be fixed. I made several calls, my husband made several calls and my insurance (BCBS) made several calls to them. Even though our insurance company walked them through the steps, they repeatedly filled out the wrong paperwork and the right paperwork the wrong way. Be careful with billing. We went in for an evaluation, and they didn't finish in the time they allotted, so they had us come back another day to finish, which I didn't think anything of at the time. When I checked out, I was told the 2nd visit wouldn't cost extra because it was just one evaluation & we had already paid the first time, but then they billed me anyway for an extra session. I complained and they still want me to pay for the "extra session".
RecommendedI am so happy to have found Speech and Language connections. By far the most educated group of individuals. There truly isn’t anywhere better (I have looked for over three months). I highly recommended speech and language connections.
They sure will charge you but have no issues making you wait😏
Be careful when they are billing your insurance and confirm with them and your insurance the amount you will owe. They told us one amount and then changed it a few month in, then told us we would owe 3x the amount. Miss Ally was great with our son, but their insurance department / billing does not know what they are doing. Beware!

This place was great but the reason why was because the young gal (Misty) assigned to Davin was absolutely amazing. She was so focused on Davin and treated him like the only child on the planet �. She never took her eyes off him and Her warmth was immeasurable. Thank you Misty.
