I booked with the south Albert location. Staff was amazing and so understanding. They were able to fit me in when I messed up my appointment date. I also had my baby with me they were so patient and kind. Baby and I absolutely loved the lady at the front, I think he has a new best friend. We'll for sure be coming back and highly recommend!
As I live over an hour away, my husband and I make our appointments together, which the office always accommodates, even when we still had 2 children at home to be scheduled as well. For this last update I had only needed lenses replaced as my frames were seldom used due to one lens being badly scratched in spite of the appropriate coating.
