A lot of the previous concerns are still an issue here, unfortunately. There is still a security issue with the backdoor. We went a long time without having new key fobs when they switched the security system, so the backdoor was left wide open which really made me nervous and unsafe. I moved to Richmond from Jersey due to my job. I had previously visited a property and my cousin located The Spectrum Apartments for me, due to it was very close to my job. Once I applied and was contacted by Latoya; the process was very smooth and she was beyond helpful. Upon my arrival to view the unit, Latoya provided a lot of insight regarding my application status, unit availability date and how to go about paying my fees/deposit and how to use the portal. Ms. Latoya Brown( Property Manager) of the Spectrum. Very pleasant and professional. Ms. Brown helps in anyway she can when or if and issue arrive. The key to avoiding issues is to communicate with her and she will get the job or complaint solved. I enjoy talking with Ms. Brown she listen and give good advice. I have no issues living here at the Spectrum.
