DO NOT BELIEVE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS OLDER THAN MID 2024. This building already had its share of issues before that point: The dog poop is not limited to outside, residents commonly leave diarrhea in the halls, though there is more of it outside than there is healthy grass. The dog population here is not healthy, and this poop make you and your animals sick. In addition to the dogs that live here, dogs from neighboring buildings come here to poop. If I could rate 0 stars I would. After move out my roommates and I paid the rest of what was owed in full via money orders, including back pay for utility bills that they never billed us for previously. For months the company that they use to handle move out dues would call me 3 times a day. There appeared to be a major lack in communication with payment documentation. I recently moved in Spectrum last month and my roommate and I are loving this. Latoya and Erin has been great help. Latoya the property manager has been working with us every step of the way and still make sure we are doing great being this is our first time being away from our parents . Can not wait to see the game room results. Thank you Spectrum for this great and amazing apartment. Having your own bathroom is a big plus.

Latoya Brown is a great property manager. I never could have gotten a hold of someone but since she started she been great, I recently moved out because of school, but I would have stayed knowing the help I gotten with Ms.Brown there she made my last couple of months there helpful. Thank you Ms. Brown for all your help.
