Recently came here for a consultation after being aware of a sudden change in condition of my eyesight. Afterwards, I left upset with a lack of expected bedside manner one would expect from a health practitioner after the diagnosis. I had an overwhelming sense the advice rendered wasn’t right. After consulting with another optometrist who referred to me onto specialist to validate my suspicions, I got the correct diagnosis. My condition is now able to be treated accordingly.
This business is more than happy to replace, without question, lens in a pair of glasses which were an incorrect prescription made 12 months earlier - to which I had no way of bringing to their attention earlier. Much appreciated!

Ordered glasses on 27th of December and still waiting on 1st February. No follow up without me prompting and have now been told to wait till next week. I have received glasses from a competitor after only 8 days. Unfortunately based on my experience I cannot recommend.
