I had a great experience with Brittany over at the specialist. Took real good care of me and had great explanation of what my car needed and even gave me options for parts. Best thing is free loaner vehicle when my car was being worked on. 5 out of 5 stars
Excellent Fleet service. Priority to get trucks back on the road with zero downtime.
Under new ownership. Was not shared prior to appointment. I am usually willing to try new businesses but the failure to disclose that is a red flag for me. The second was not being provided an estimate. I have never experienced that anywhere. I was then charged over $1000. This was an expense that we did not expect and impacts my family. Customers need to be informed.
If I could give no stars would be better. Would call them for a problem of the speed on a windshield wipers. They would give an appointment and provide a quote of 2000 dollars. For windshield wipers. As obviously I had no intention to pay this ridiculous amount for windshield wipers that works but only one speed. They said ok you owe us 165 dollars for "diagnostic". What? Giving a ridiculous quote is diagnostic now? I can do that job too. Your car is broken! Buy a new one it is 80k, ah you don't want then give me couple hund... read more
