Super great service they are best in New Hampshire
My wife and I had a great experience here. Jared was both personable and professional, and the work was completed promptly and to our satisfaction. We highly recommend the Specialists Automotive.
Got an oil change here and they spilled it all over my engine and skid plate on my Crosstrek, resulting in smoke and a terrible smell that lasted for months. +1 star because they were honest about the mistake and did try to clean it, although it wasn't that effective. But in any case, messing up that basic of a service is just inexcusable. I had been going here for years but learned when I paid at the front desk that this place is under new ownership. I hope they can turn it around, but personally I won't be going back.
Great experience today at the Specialists! They were able to get my AC back in working order at a very reasonable price and performed the work in a short period of time. They also suggested my inspection sticker was coming up and knocked that off at the same time and saved me another trip.
Very good communication, very professional, polite and you can tell just genuinely good guys. Will be going here for every service from now on
