Receptionist staff are quite rude, speaking rudely about patients whilst there are patients sitting in the waiting room. Very unprofessional. Poor service.

They have Zero behaviour with patients. The help desk is very rude and they disrespect all patients. I would like to mention that they have prejudice with all patients.
No regard of people time . Have to cancel appt after waiting 1 hr as dr was late or overbooked. Very unorganised and messy clinic.
