I had the most special day today! I found my dress, and it was a blast! Jodi listened to everything I said and my family said, and found just what I wanted! I thought I wanted one thing, but she took each thing j wanted and found the most beautiful dress I could have ever put on! Love Special Event!!

Me and my friends were all returning customers of special events as we had all bought our dresses and the men rented there tuxes from there the following year and went there to look for a prom dress once again and my jacket apparently smelt like cigarette smoke and they took the dresses me and my friends were gonna try on and said they won't be fitting us today because my jacket smelt like smoke it was my jacket not my body.. Great customer service and an amazing selection of dresses! Tracy helped me find an amazing and unique gown and dresses for my bridesmaids. My husband LOVED the dress, my dad cried, and a month later people still comment on how beautiful it is. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Terrible unwelcoming customer service!!! Basically got kicked out for wanting to browse.
Nice place but could work on their customer service. They also don't have much knowledge on tailoring, since they don't offer the service they should know what they are telling their customers.
