Extremely disappointed in this place. Been a client for years and have never missed or been late for an appointment. My appointment was cancelled the day before because I missed the voicemail to confirm. I was also not informed of this policy a year ago when I made the appointment. I took off work for this appointment and didn't even get seen.
Just ordered my new glasses. Bambi was very helpful and courteous. Made me feel very comfortable with the process of ordering the glasses. I highly recommend the business for your future needs.
I went in with my glasses missing a screw and the lady was quick to help I’m very grateful!
