My personal experience with this place was not a very pleasant one. Over half of the floor had big puddles of water on the day before the day of my event. We had to clean up all of the water ourselves. we were asked if there was a squeegee in the kitchen for us to use. That took 2 hours of our decorating time,which made us be there longer than planned . Affordable, and nice. Correspondence is mostly via email. Great parking. Our wedding went off beautifully, The grounds were awesome for our pictures. Would love to rent it out for future functions.
