The only reason I give this Company a single stars is because of their initial willingness to work with me despite their error. However the follow through was terrible.... I purchased this Groupon on October 7th and scheduled service for October 9th at 9am. I got a call the day before saying that they would have to switch my time to 12pm. This is a 5 hour cleaning service so the time difference definitely impeded on my personal plans later that day. But my husband and I still tried to make it work. I used them twice using Groupon, the first time I was a little surprised that she left rather abruptly--like Cinderella leaving the ball. Time was up and she was gone. No comments no feedback. For the job needed in the amount of time, her work was satisfactory. When I made my 2nd appointment I just mentioned the abrupt departure and they took my comments. Yesterday two women from The Sparkle Center came to my home and I was blown away. The women were very pleasant, well mannered, and on time. They focused on every detail that was on my priority list as well as areas that I was unaware of until they pointed them out. The customer service is also great. I will definitely use Sparkle for all of my upcoming cleanings!!!
Never in my years of dealing with maid services have I seen such a poor example of house cleaning. 2 women arrived at my aunts home to not even clean but to talk about how good they are at cleaning. The house was not clean at all, the job could have been better and on top of that the cleaning products were not industrial grade. Next time I will go with another company. I would not recommend them to anyone else.
