The meat isn’t smoked, mostly just baked or boiled. These people would make it a day in Texas!
Got home with a take out order that had Several problems. Ordered quart of potato salad, got coleslaw. Ordered 6 cornbread, got rolls that were dough and tasted bad. Ribs were great, brisket Was dry and over cooked. This place used to be consistently Great, don't know what happened
Best BBQ in New Mexico for sure! Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Food was A+. Sliced Beef, sausage, sause, condiments and Okra were primo! You won't be disappointed!
