My experience was very positive with Deanne and her team. I have been a the Spa for a variety of services, and all staff have demonstrated a strong knowledge base and professional demeanor. The owner is extremely unprofessional. My husband and I had a couples massage there and the room was not a private room just one of those room separators by the front entrance. It was not relaxing at all as I was continuously worried about someone coming in the front door. She is not knowledgable about insurance either and became verbally abusive towards me. I continued to get emails for promotions and emailed asking politely to be removed from her mailing list and she again became verbally abusive once again calling me name... read more
