Bought our tub at the local trade show - the process to purchase was phenomenal. We dealt with Cole (helping from Calgary) who clearly knew his products and worked hard to get us into a tub. It is without question because of his hard work on the sale that we decided to purchase from Spa Spot. We also absolutely love our tub and feel that the quality of the product is absolutely there. I have had hot tubs for many years supplied by a few different dealers . While some have been good and some never again, Spa Spot is heads and shoulders above them all. Their tubs are top shelf quality and engineered to work amazing up north in the cold temps. I mean let’s face it there are some great quality tubs out there. We bought our HotTub from the Home & Garden Show in Grade Prairie from Kyle & Robin! The service was amazing and we are so happy with everything right from meeting Kyle & Robin to the delivery and set up! It is easy to maintain and run; The Spa Spot really goes above and beyond for their customers…yes even all the way up North in High Level!!
