There was a leak in my hot tub and The Spa Shoppe sent Connor over to address the problem. Let me tell you this guy was amazing. Not only did he fix the leak super fast. He was very friendly and thorough. I inherited the hot tub with the home that I recently purchased so this was the first time experiencing a hot tub. Connor took the time to explain everything I needed to know about hot tubs and even waited until the hot tub was full of water so he could show me exactly how it runs and how all the functions worked. We walked into The Spa Shoppe 10 minutes before closing time just to take a look because we were searching for a new hot tub. 20 minutes later, we walked out with a hot tub purchase. The customer service was fantastic and very informative. The delivery team was super friendly, polite, and efficient. They even hauled our old hot tub away, which was a huge relief for us. I recently moved into a new home with a hot tub and have zero idea how to do anything related to hot tub maintenance, setup, draining, cleaning, etc. I've been in to The Spa Shoppe a few times now speaking to James and he has been unbelievably helpful and patient! We were provided with printed instructions and James even hand wrote step by step instructions for us to follow to get us up and running for our unique situation.
