Had a very informative discussion with James. Guided us towards the hot tub that would best suit us. A very honest, sincere person. Certainly knew his product.

The Spa Shoppe is incredible! Dave was extremely helpful in diagnosing a problem with my spa within minutes over the phone.... I had four technicians for a total of 6 hours underneath the tub. Trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Dave is the real deal. Thank you for sorting this out Dave!
We've been very happy with our Hydropool hot tub purchase through the Spa Shoppe. Julie, James, and all have all been great to deal with. We visited the Spa Shoppe and several competitors a number of times before deciding, and were very happy with the friendly no-sales-pressure approach, knowledgeable review of models/options, and competitive pricing.
