The full experience thus far has been amazing! From the great attention and care when I was looking to purchase my tub to coordinating timing to have it delivered, and making sure I was comfortable with the weekly care, to their responsiveness in sending out a technician when my tub developeda leak Right when the temperatures were plummeting. The technician who came out was very friendly, professional, and knew his stuff and did a great job of getting my tub back up and running.
We had a fantastic experience with The Spa Shoppe. From the moment we walked in, there was a zero pressure sales vibe, just genuine care and professionalism. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through all the features, helping us choose the perfect hot tub for our needs as first-time owners. Three years ago I purchase a swim spa from the Shoppe Shop and there service has been outstanding from the first moment. I recently had an issue with my Touchpad which needed to be replaced. James and Laura were both extremely helpful and were able to quickly send their technician over to replace the part. Stu arrived the next day and was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and had great advice. The repair was done in no time. Again another great experience. Thank you all for all your help and fantastic service.
Highly recommended! I’ve been dealing with the Spa Shoppe for years and they are always great to work with. Had an issue with my hot tub, pump had failed, put a call in and 24 hours later they have it fixed! Stuart showed up to conduct the service, was pleasant and very professional. He assessed the situation, gave me some options and got the work done on the spot. It’s great to have a local business that continues to over deliver on service. Thanks guys!
When we were shopping around of a hot tub we went to a few differenct places but nothing compared to the customer service and knowledge that James provided. Honestly, it was a no brainer! Our hydropool hot tub is everything we expected and more - it really does self-clean. The service we've received since our purchase 1 1/2 year ago has been amazing. They're there for you to answer any questions consistently. If you're thinking about making a purchase, go for it... you won't be disappointed.
