Highly recommended! I’ve been dealing with the Spa Shoppe for years and they are always great to work with. Had an issue with my hot tub, pump had failed, put a call in and 24 hours later they have it fixed! Stuart showed up to conduct the service, was pleasant and very professional. He assessed the situation, gave me some options and got the work done on the spot. It’s great to have a local business that continues to over deliver on service. Thanks guys!
When we were shopping around of a hot tub we went to a few differenct places but nothing compared to the customer service and knowledge that James provided. Honestly, it was a no brainer! Our hydropool hot tub is everything we expected and more - it really does self-clean. The service we've received since our purchase 1 1/2 year ago has been amazing. They're there for you to answer any questions consistently. If you're thinking about making a purchase, go for it... you won't be disappointed.

We had a heater failure on our hot tub and the team at The Spa Shoppe handled it quickly and professionally. The technician clearly explained the issue, replaced the heater with an OEM Gecko unit, and checked surrounding components to make sure everything was sound. James was extremely patient and educational during our spa purchase journey. He left no stone unturned when it came to understanding both the pros AND the cons of owning a hot tub.
