Did business with them for many years and they were great. Last fall we didn’t get a pool closing appt. letter. We stopped in to find out why. We were sad and shocked to hear, “We don’t want to do your pool anymore,” with an attitude. Two out of the last three years, the skimmer cracked from freezing. They replaced it but now they don’t want us as a customer anymore and didn’t bother to tell us. Like it’s our fault it froze and broke? They closed the pool. Always a great experience at the Spa Shop. We have been coming here for years and always get the right advice to keep our pool sparkling. Yes, the computer analyzes the water, but they know our pool and make personalized recommendations about chemicals that help keep our costs down and get us swimming again as soon as possible. Where else can you go and get the same high level of friendly service every time? Highly recommend the Spa Shop.
