We have a full line of Hot Tubs, Pool & Spa Chemcials, Spa & Pool Covers and Accessories. We also carry many parts for spas and swimming pools. We are more than a Retail Center, we take time with our customers. Customer service is our #1 quality.

great customer service, came out to service my hot tub on a Saturday on a last minute service call. Thank you very much Tom in Virgil
Poor customer service. Don’t return calls. Ordered hot tub cover in June did not receive until late September. First they weren’t there when truck arrived, said would be there in 2 weeks, then it was damaged, then they just would not respond to calls, then they said they were having trouble dealing with company. When we finally received found small rip by seam. Will repair ourselves. Don’t want to deal with them ever again. Do not recommend. 0 stars
Our hot tub started making a loud noise and we were very worried. We contacted the manufacturer , and they recommended the spa shop. I called first thing this morning, they said they had an opening today. They asked me to describe the problem and did some basic diagnosis over the phone. Their technician, Cody arrived when expected and was extremely professional. He found the problem and had even brought the right parts with in his truck. I highly recommend The Spa Shop. Their customer service can’t be beat. They won’t sell you things just to make money off you. We had a chemical resistant algae this year and he came out three times to help get it under control and charged no service fee. I’ve been going their three years and they are the only ones I trust with my pool.
Fabulous customer service, caring, professional, want to complete the entire job, thorough, prompt and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them. Had a lot of problems with other companies and these guys just get the job done!! You'll be happy!
Great customer service! Highly recommended! I’ve had a time getting my pool clear this Summer and they were a huge help!
I really like this place to get my pool supplies, the people are great to deal with. The ONLY issue I have is when I go there during times of operation and they are closed, no sign up stating the time change.
