The employees that were maintaining our pool in Shady Hollow, scared our 12 yoa granddaughter while she was playing basketball. He had no business approaching a 12 yoa female, let alone anyone that has not addressed them. They are there to clean the pool and not socialize. I called to make my complaint; the female, I believe Karen, answered and proceeded to lecture me about child safety. Who knows if this guy was trying to gain trust or other. Good repairs done to pool
To say the customer service is “poor” is generous. They will not show on service days and not let you know in advance or admit it afterwards. But don’t worry, you’ll be charged regardless!! Price gouging on chemical applications and on top will apply unnecessary chemical to drive up costs as chemicals aren’t included in their contracts. I would give zero stars if I could. RUN don't walk away from this company. This company is dangerous and does not hold itself accountable for their own incompetency's and they couldn't even be bothered to park their service truck within our parking spaces. Terrible service if you can even call it that.
They provide horrible service and do not fulfill their contractual obligations. I would steer clear of this place if you are considering them to clean your community pool.
