called to make an appointment and was able to get in the same day. I went to Brett because of a friend's recommendation and she was fantastic. I was offered wine, cheese, and crackers while I waited for my highlights to set in and got to enjoy the nice landscaping of roops mill through the large windows. Hardly had to give any direction as to what I wanted and she did a great job. I have never been one to do the massage thing but after a couple years of dealing with a long and very tiring illness, decided to try it. After 2 disappointing massages at other places - I had my first one at Roops Mill Spa today by Samantha!! I can say I will definitely be back (appt. already made!). I felt so absolutely wonderful afterward - Samantha did an amazing job. Love the energy here! Amazing staff that has wicked good knowledge of hair color and cut. Everytime I go the place looks new again, always changing for the good. Lux bar is an edgy haven for westminster. Thanks to Shannon, i never worry when I look in the mirror at the end.... always perfect. Thank you for your top notch skilled service.
Excellent services and facilities; however, the entire staff wears black. Feels like a funeral.
