Went here with my husband on a Groupon today and we really enjoyed it! The staff couldn’t do enough for you and the amenities were top notch. The whirlpool areas and the all day access to the spa facilities made it well worth it!
Went for the complimentary makeup session recently and bought a few products. Paid 52.80 for the cc cream. It is $40 on the makeup factory website. Paid $22.80 for the eyebrow gel, it is $19 on the makeup factory website. Communicated with the spa director and her response was that I could always buy the products elsewhere, that is their markup for a spa of their caliber. Very disappointing. Am left with the impression I paid for the complimentary makeup session.

I think it is overpriced . I have been there two times and both times I wasn't able to receive one of the services I requested . I had reservations for the services and no phone call to let me know.
