Very nice aromatherapy massage! Wish it could have been 90 minutes but Covid limited it to 60-went by waaaay too fast!

My closest friends and I traveled to Williamsburg for the new year to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was our first time to the spa. When "greeted," we were not welcomed or told hello, just asked if we were checking in. When I said yes, Amy, the front desk receptionist, just asked if we were there for massages, and I said yes. She continued to state that we were 6 minutes into our service multiple times and was very rude. We were never told to come to the spa early and had trouble finding the spa and finding parking. Best massage I've ever had. Can't wait to go back!
My fiancé and I enjoyed 50 min massages for right before our drive back to Richmond. He just had a knee replacement, and his masseuse did an amazing job at accommodating his knee and providing an excellent massage. My massage was wonderful- a perfect send off to our mini getaway. All spa staff were welcoming and helpful...COVID measures were obvious and carefully adhered to, while not impeding the relaxing experience. Will come back again!
