We ordered our cover on July 3, 2024. It is now 10/18/2024 and we don't have the cover yet. Keep telling me they don't have a truck coming to Florida. What's the problem?? Will we ever see our cover?? If not, refund, please.

as a Door dasher a costumer had order 5 packages as upon arrival the packages were left outside how shameful anyone can take those packages. Me and my partner try ringing the doorbell two different times and knocking we seen a car right outside the spa mart. waiting to be help to get the confirmation of the packages. At least waited 5 minutes to seek the help we needed, so me and my partner grab the packages with the costumer name on it did not want it to make it look like we were just random people just grabbing the package... read more
