Excellent treatment
Went today at around 3 pm. Was met with a very unprofessional lady on front desk i was a bit confused about something and she made me feel like im stupid asking... then she took me to the inside waiting room and asked if i need water or tea and when i asked for water she gave me a glass that is 1/4 filled and asked me to wait. Iam first time mother that i wanted to pamper myself so bad and i havent done for so long, it very hard to leave the baby too to be met with such an attitude. I was here for a facial and pedicure (the self renewal package) and from the warm welcome at reception, to the cozy robes, the relaxing lounge, and the absolutely luxurious treatment (done by Angela, who is pure magic) I could not recommend this place enough. Easily the best spa in Victoria, thank you so much!!
Absolutely love this spa!! Had the Self Renewal package and was so relaxed I think I melted into the table. The aestheticians are incredibly talented and knowledgeable and the owner is amazing at what she does!! Beautiful spa and next level treatments. 1000/10!!
