Always have had a good experience.
Paid over $100 for gel nails and gel pedicure. I showed the nail tech my flower design. She said no problem. As she was going to put the top coat on I showed she the design for the second time. She smiled and shook her head and said yes. She then put the oils on my toes and said " thank you" i said what about the design? She then shrugged her shoulders and said "oh sorry" Front desk then proceeded to tell me she has an eye impairment and is unable to do any designs. Was not happy at all with the dip nails that were done. They were over dipped and left lumpy. Lots of build up left under my nails, two have places where they were not filled all the way to the edge and is not adhered to the nail. Loved the pedicure but I will not go back. Was not worth $100 and I have had dipped nails for years so I know what it’s supposed to look like. When I mentioned to her that they were lumpy she brushed me off.
