I just bought a pool from John. Our family is extremely happy with the purchase and they really did a great job w setting it up. I can barely get the kids out of it. I would suggest them to everyone!
I personally love my spa it has been so much help since i have Multiple Sclerosis it has helped me relax. i would recommend a spa king to all my friends and family i give the five stars
Im so glad I decided to go to their warehouse. I got to see the rows and rows and the reality of how many different options I had. I finally after listening to everything decided on the most beautiful thing I have in or around my house. Thanks to Rick and Debbie my wife and I's dream is here and working great! Go to Spa King they will get you something amazing, theres really so many to chose from.
my experience with this company was satisfying. They kept my wife happy with the answers to all her millions of questions, and did it w a smile and gave us a great deal, we saved quite a bit of money with the tub and even though it sprung a leak on us a couple weeks later...they came and fixed it with no cost to me which kept me happy! thanks Spa King, you guys get my vote
I bought a hot tub from them about a month ago and I was I was surprised that they delivered in to Ocala they were very awesome people and very helpful I would go back anytime
I recently purchased a hot tub from the spa king and I couldn't be happier. The employees were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful, and stayed within my budget. Overall great experience. I would definitely recommend them
I don't write many reviews but I felt compelled to take the time to share what a wonderful organization they have going at the Spa King and the customer service has been beyond belief. I purchased a Jacuzzi brand tub from them about 10 months ago which turned out to be one of the best purchase I've made all year. The service and follow up has been amazing and I wouldn't think to buy another tub without going directly through them. Thank you John and thank you Debbie.
My husband and I went in to The Spa King on a Sunday and met with Debbie. She was very knowledgeable and really listened to us. Our purchase had no issues. Delivery was delayed by 1 day due to weather,. They informed us of the issue and delivery was done the very next day without a hitch! Thank you for taking your time with us and for your customer service!
