worst service ever. Debbie and staff take my money for deposit. they sold my spa with a deposit twice yes twice everyone. They will sell to the highest bidder. They didn't even call they sent a text. I asked to speak to the owner and I was told the owner doesn't care. So after a week of asking for the owner I recieved a call from a private number and of course it was the owner. He left no number to return his call. We will also follow up with the better business bureau

From the purchase to delivery and now a warranty repair, every person has been professional and perfect. I highly recommend them. Eric just left It took him 20 minutes to diagnose and repair our problem. Cheers
I ❤️ THIS COMPANY. THEIR EIRK AND EXPERTISE IS SECOND TO NO ONE. I CANNOT DAY ENOUGH ABOUT BARRY AND JIM. THIS COMPANY DOES EXPERT REPAIRS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FABULOUS. MY 10 YEAR OLD SPA IS BETTER THAN IT EAS WHEN IT WAS NEW. THEY ARE FOREVER MY “GO TO” COMPANY. THANK YOU! Debbie

After price-checking several competitors, I highly recommend The Spa King! Jason has been very helpful in helping me decide on just the right spa for my budget. He even set up a spa in the warehouse and insisted I "wet-test" it to insure that it was the right spa. I can't say enough good things about Jason and my experience with The Spa King.
