worst service ever. Debbie and staff take my money for deposit. they sold my spa with a deposit twice yes twice everyone. They will sell to the highest bidder. They didn't even call they sent a text. I asked to speak to the owner and I was told the owner doesn't care. So after a week of asking for the owner I recieved a call from a private number and of course it was the owner. He left no number to return his call. We will also follow up with the better business bureau

From the purchase to delivery and now a warranty repair, every person has been professional and perfect. I highly recommend them. Eric just left It took him 20 minutes to diagnose and repair our problem. Cheers

We spent a lot of time evaluating the purchase of a SPA that suited our needs and decided to purchase one through The Spa King. They had the best price for the value and a good warranty. Delivery happened quickly and as scheduled. We had an issue with the SPA that required a replacement. The Sales Rep worked with us until the issue was 100% corrected. The technicians were very helpful and professional. Our SPA is now being enjoyed daily and we are very happy with our purchase.
The Spa King far exceeded my expectations. The customer relations were amazing. They worked with me on just the perfect location for my tub and after some pretty heavy research, their prices are unparalleled. I altogether couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.
