PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!!!! I’ve never been to a nail salon this unprofessional — the whole experience was shocking. It honestly felt like no one had received even basic training. The staff were clearly unskilled, and the technician who worked on me was too busy teaching another employee to even focus on my nails. Even if she had focused, I doubt the result would’ve been any better. Is this a nail salon or a training academy?
Best pedicure ever! So detail oriented, amazing experience. Clean and well decorated.
Terrible customer service. My 3 PM appointment didn’t start until 3:25, and the nail tech never apologized. When she finally began, she gave me a judgmental look and questioned whether my nails were builder gel or acrylic, warning that if I was wrong, she’d stop and send me home. Her tone was rude and unprofessional. When I told the owner, they dismissed it as a “language barrier.” I got up and left.
