I ordered a spa cover on August 1 and still have not received it and can get no one to answer the phone, call me back, or reply to emails. I'm having to go thru paypal to get my money back. They don't even deserve one star but that's the lowest you can go. Update... I finally got a call from them a couple hours after posting my review and opening an issue on paypal. Was told the color I selected had been on backorder. My cover has now been shipped (Sept 15).
Next day shipping they were great I have referred several people your way!
