Amazing customer service. Even though I live outside of their service area for routine maintenance, they took time to provide valuable information and guidance to help me get started. I’ll certainly be a regular customer for my deep cleanings. Thanks for everything!!!
Chris was amazing to work with. Our hot tub recently stopped working from what I assumed was a dead board talking with Chris over the phone on some troubleshooting I did we were able to deduce the issue. Chris got our hot tub up and running within 2 hours. Even with being outside of his service area, we were able to coordinate a time that worked out. I would HIGHLY recommend using Chris, super honest and communication was amazing.
Chris was knowledgeable, professional and patient - taking time out of his day to walk us through troubleshooting with the temperature on our swim spa. It was so refreshing to speak to someone who was so helpful. We would give 10 stars if we could! Thank you, Chris!
I've used them to keep my 24 year old spa working. I've appreciated that they don't make me fix things that haven't needed it!
