He responded initially on 2 separate occasions, then started dodging calls. I had a whole conversation with him about completing the service. He agreed to complete it before my next guests arrived at the property. I’m out of town and called and texted many times to confirm he can still complete it. No responses or calls back. Stop what your doin, cuz I’m about to ruin, the style of calling around that you’re used to. Chris is the only person you need to be calling when you need a jacuzzi tub serviced, because not only is he ridiculously knowledgeable, he’s not out to dive into your pockets. Give this guy a call, and experience for yourself the phenomenal service he offers. If you disagree with me, come fight me.

Do not hire Chris. Terrible communication and worse workmanship — and he left us with an exposed power source. We hired Chris twice. The first time (about 2 years ago), he charged a consulting fee, told us we needed a new system, ordered a part on backorder, and by the time it arrived, we couldn't move forward with the repair. We came back to him recently to finally get it done. He charged another inspection fee, identified the same spa pack issue plus a leak, and said he'd be in touch about installation and repair.
