If I can give 0 stars, I would. Poor communication and failure to service hot tub as agreed. I’ve been trying to get Chris to service my hot tub. He responded initially, then started dodging calls. I had a whole conversation with him about completing the service. He agreed to complete it before my next guests arrived at the property. I’m out of town and called and texted many times to confirm he can still complete it. No responses or calls back. If he couldn’t service the tub, he could have just told me. Chris was able to quickly diagnose and fix my hot tub leak. He’s super friendly and professional, and took extra time to educate me on various different things about my spa as we will filling it. I’m glad I was able to find a good tech in the Washington DC area - I highly recommend him and would use him again!
I live in central Virginia and called about 7 businesses advertising Hot Tub Repair services before I found Chris. I live too far away for Chris to come service directly, but he spent 30 minutes on the phone talking me through the issues and helping me fix them myself. It turned out to be various user error issues, but even though I had been reading the AquaRest manual and googling the error codes, no one but Chris supplied the crucial information I needed to fix it. Called them and unfortunately I don’t live in the service area but he offered to talk me through my issues when I got home over the phone. He guided me through some troubleshooting procedures and helped me identify the problem with my spa. I am very grateful he took time out of his day to help me even though I wasn’t a paying customer. You don’t find that much these days. I highly recommend this company if you’re in the area.
Great service all around! Chris showed up and diagnosed the issue that my hottub heater quit, he drained the tub and ordered a new one for me. When it arrived he went to install it and noticed that a connection port was stripped out, rather then trying to "muscle" the connection, he informed me that he would need to reorder a new one for me.
