Great service all around! Chris showed up and diagnosed the issue that my hottub heater quit, he drained the tub and ordered a new one for me. When it arrived he went to install it and noticed that a connection port was stripped out, rather then trying to "muscle" the connection, he informed me that he would need to reorder a new one for me. Called the guy and even though I am 25 mins away from his location he immediately tells me I am in the Extended Service area, trying to get more money out of me. Mind you, he does this without actually looking up my address and instead just going by my general location because he said he was driving and didn't want to be bothered with an actual address. Amazing customer service. Even though I live outside of their service area for routine maintenance, they took time to provide valuable information and guidance to help me get started. I’ll certainly be a regular customer for my deep cleanings. Thanks for everything!!!
Chris was amazing to work with. Our hot tub recently stopped working from what I assumed was a dead board talking with Chris over the phone on some troubleshooting I did we were able to deduce the issue. Chris got our hot tub up and running within 2 hours. Even with being outside of his service area, we were able to coordinate a time that worked out. I would HIGHLY recommend using Chris, super honest and communication was amazing.
