I had a good experience with Todd and The Spa Doctor. Todd was able to fix my hot tub after another big company was unable to do so (after several attempts). Todd was knowledgeable, always showed up when he said he would, and was upfront about cost and the repairs. I will definitely return to The Spa Doctor if the need arises.

Very odd individual. Came for repairs last year and replaced the wrong part that did not fix the issue ($700). Took it with a grain of salt. Came back to him recently to come back from the second diagnosis he did, and the pictures are the communication that ensued. Fooled me twice, shame on me.
Todd was amazing and so helpful!! He came on a Saturday, one day after I called! Didn’t overcharge me. He also gave me helpful hints on how to be successful in maintaining and operating my tub. I got so screwed by last hot tub repair guy. Please call and ask for Todd!
