Todd found the problem, a faulty pump, after careful analysis and a bit of testing. He put in a new one, and our hot tub is back up and running. Highly recommend Todd & his team. He provides high quality, high value service and he truly cares about his clients.
Todd the local Spa Doctor is a throwback to an era of honest, hardworking, knowledgeable craftsmen. He genuinely looks for repair solutions that cost less to us, the consumers. A really good guy who knows his stuff -- highly recommended!
Todd was knowledgeable, professional, showed up exactly on time, and took the time to answer all questions about a secondhand swim spa. He quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part we needed, and had everything up and running in less than a week. I hope he never retires because I will absolutely call him again if needed.
