Todd was knowledgeable, professional, showed up exactly on time, and took the time to answer all questions about a secondhand swim spa. He quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part we needed, and had everything up and running in less than a week. I hope he never retires because I will absolutely call him again if needed.
I cannot say enough good things about Todd and his company. He answered phone calls, showed up exactly on time! And diagnosed my issue in less than 5 minutes. After horrible experiences with other companies I cannot emphasize enough how refreshing this was. I simply will not use anyone else in the future. I hate your ads with multiple needles stuck in someone’s face! Truly revolting! Get rid of these gross ads. Don’t want to see it and won’t buy any of your products because of them.

I had a good experience with Todd and The Spa Doctor. Todd was able to fix my hot tub after another big company was unable to do so (after several attempts). Todd was knowledgeable, always showed up when he said he would, and was upfront about cost and the repairs. I will definitely return to The Spa Doctor if the need arises.
