I scheduled an appointment on my birthday for a facial. I paid my deposit and booked. The day of the appointment she cancelled be scheduled she was sick. Ok no problem. I reached out 3 times via text, via voicemail to reschedule my unexpected cancelled appointment but no one has reached out to me or refunded me my deposit. I feel that’s very unprofessional especially since I was a new customer.
Extremely relaxing experience. Daniesha is very knowledgeable and thorough. She made recommendations based off my skin type and reassured me in my daily skin care routine. She's saved in my contacts as MY esthetician. You won't be disappointed!!!
